Best enjoyed as a Summit Spritz — serve over ice with Prosecco and a splash of soda for a refreshingly bittersweet serve that captures the essence of a Summer afternoon in the fells.

There is absolutely nothing artificial about Summit Aperitif and we proudly produce it in small batches with the same botanicals we use to distill Lakeland Moon Gin including the zesty and bitter Spanish orange peels. We source the rhubarb from Yorkshire and hand-prepare it at the distillery alongside several other carefully selected aromatics and sugar syrup.
