    Used the Kendal Mint Cake (20 cl) & Bakewell (20 cl), the mint one I used in a Double Chocolate Roulade- Excellent result….The Bakewell one makes an excellent alternative for Kirsch, if using in a BFG cake or any rich chocolate based cakes.. chomping at the bit to try the Gingerbread one, for brandy snaps with a difference or boozy flapjack 🙂
