You will need:
50ml Snowfell Gin
15ml Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur
Juice 1/2 lime
Sugar syrup
Soda Water
Method:
A delicately astringent cocktail and a digestif to clean the palate. Add all ingredients excluding the soda water to a mixing glass with ice and stir gently for one minute before pouring into a coupe glass, topping sparingly with soda water and garnishing with fresh mint.
