Pen-Gin-Tons Mule

You will need:

60ml Snowfell Gin
35ml Gingerbread Liqueur
15ml Schnapps
Juice 1/2 lime
Ginger Beer

Method:

A simple Winter warmer and a favourite of Mike Pennington. Gently stir the Gin, Gingerbread Liqueur, Schnapps and Lime Juice in a mixing glass with a small amount of ice. Strain into a highball with fresh ice before adding the ginger beer and garnish with fresh lime and unwaxed orange peel.
