You will need:
- 25ml Lakeland Moon Elderflower Gin
- Prosecco
- Soda Water
- Fresh Mint
- Lime
- Plenty of ice
Method:
Pour your Elderflower Gin into your favourite spritz glass along with the mint leaves.
Gently muddle the mint and allow to infuse for a couple of minutes
Add plenty of ice to the glass and then pour over 120ml of Prosecco and a glug of soda water on top, before stirring.
Garnish with fresh mint and slices of lime
