Kendal Mint Mojito

You will need:

50ml Snowfell Gin
25ml Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur
10ml Sugar Syrup
Juice of 1 whole lime
Soda Water

Method:

A Cumbrian take on a true Cuban classic. Fill a mixing glass with crushed ice before adding the Gin, Liqueur, Sugar Syrup and Lime Juice. Stir gently and strain the liquid (or alternatively serve with the crushed ice) into a cocktail glass before topping with soda water and garnishing with fresh mint.
