You will need:
50ml Lakeland Moon Gin
25ml Gingerbread liqueur
Fevertree Elderflower Tonic Water
Method:
Put Gin and Gingerbread into a cocktail shaker with Ice and shake.
Top up with Sparkling Elderflower to taste
Pour into a tumbler and garnish with lime peel.
