Bakewell Sour

You will need:

50ml Bakewell Gin Liqueur
30ml Snowfell Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 dash bitters
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
1 large egg white

Method:

Add all of the ingredients including the egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry-shake for 20 seconds before adding ice and shaking again until the liquid is chilled. Fine strain into a rocks or coupe glass before savouring.
