Bakewell Sling

You will need:

50ml Bakewell Gin Liqueur
25ml Snowfell Gin
15ml Cointreau
3 dash bitters
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
Fresh or sparkling Pineapple Juice


Add all of the ingredients apart from the pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball or deep coupe glass filled with fresh ice, pour over the Pineapple juice and stir before enjoying. You can garnish this with frozen segments of pineapple, soaked in Bakewell Gin Liqueur and refrigerated for 24 hours to add an extra kick to this punchy number!
